Just spotted this is on tonight ITV 9pm.

It's the continuation of 7 UP which was a documentary first shown in the '60s. Totally fascinating as it follows the individuals' life stories from kids in public and private schools onward as they date, start work, suffer ill health etc.

It's in 3 parts so even if you have missed all the others it will catch up.

My TV highlight of the year - can't wait :Jump:

It was shown in 2012 but I missed it. Being 56 myself, I find it riveting.

I'm 56 this year too so watched it with interest as well. They all look so old!! :yikes: :icon_lol: :icon_lol:

:yeahthat:'s true ... they did! Although, of the four of them, the one who impressed me most, was Neil ... who dropped out of university with no real sense of direction, lived rough - yet eventually discovered his niche lay in serving others - becoming first, a Liberal Councillor and later, an [almost] ordained preacher ... despite his apparent lack of self confidence in his personal relationships. :xxgrinning--00xx3:

Dammit....missed it . I saw most of the previous programmes about them. Fascinating.

I have to say, since 56 I've noticed my biggest increase in ageing :olddude:...so do it NOW folks.
