Today we got my wife's IELTS results and she has scored enough to pass so I have everything ready now to apply for her ILR. We were going to use the premium service but I don't see an option for ILR on the list

Can I use premium for ILR SET(M)?

My wife's visa expires on the 25 August so I must send it ASAP

But I don't see the ILR option on the list.

So what to select?

I have an account and got to the booking and appointment page but things are not clear

There is a list of different visa types

I was looking for ILR option but it doesn't say ILR on the list. I see FLR SET(M), Tier 1, Tier 2, etc.

But no ILR! It's really confusing - you'd think they would make it easy considering the amount of cash they are going to take from me.

Patrick,

You didn't click the links I sent on my post number 6
the second link says:

Service SET (M)
About this service

Download this form to apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain (Settlement) in the UK, and a biometric residence permit, as the partner of a person present and settled in the UK. Children applying as your dependants can also use this form.

..Please, please at least try to read and understand our replies to your questions in here :Erm:

Thanks

Thanks we have our form mostly filled apart for 1 or 2 things we are not sure about.

I wonder if using premium service are the ILR forms I have ok, or do they use a different form?

You also need to download Guidance Notes Version 04/2014. It's on the right side of the link I sent you to help you with other things you are unsure of with your application.
