I have been on google to get the phone number as I want to ask can we use this service for my wife's SET(M) ILR application.

But the phone numbers are no longer in use that I've seen.

On the PEO website it's confusing, and I am afraid to lose my money by making an incorrect selection.

I don't see a option for ILR, but there is for SET(M)

Patrick, my friend ... as I've already explained on your corresponding thread, it would appear the newly constituted UKVI operates a "one size fits all" telephone system for each of its Public Enquiry Offices, viz:-

0870 606 7766 - chargeable at National Calling Rates (no surprises there! :icon_rolleyes:) unfortunately.

:iagree: ... yes, it can be confusing, admittedly. But, as long as you carefully follow the procedure both Sars and Rayna have outlined on that other thread - as confirmed by Terpe's reply here and, of course, in accordance with the UKVI Guidelines - then neither you nor your wife have anything to fear when she finally presents her application. :NoNo:
