A warning again to sort any visa or citizenship matters out ASAP.

I wonder why she didn't apply using the 14 years long residence rule :Erm: ( thou its abolished, paragraph 276D of the Rules does allow for a person to be granted leave to remain on the grounds of ‘private life’ on the basis of long residence in the UK)


A BRIDE-TO-BE has been told she cannot marry because she is not a British citizen – despite having lived here for 15 years.

:gp:, Michael ... thank the Lord there's one "door" our ruthless political leaders have left open for couples of different ethnic origins who wish to be together.
