What a beautiful place to be, well I think so, I wonder what offer they would take?

Hi Steve,
If you are seriously thinking about buying that place which does look nice, I would ensure that you get a Solicitor from this country who deals with Properties in that area. You will find them online.
I had a place in Spain and you want the solicitor in this country because there are so many local Laws that we don't have anything like in this country.
Some - and I believe this is similar where the property is - you have to get permission from the local authority, then the local Mayor.
The Mayor normally involves taking out to dinner and a little sweetener. Some areas are like that and some aren't. I know in Spain there were soo many Brits who fell foul of the local planning regs. Even though a massive local firm built some big estates, they never had the correct planning consent and the Spanish authorities do a land grab. In other words, you lose the lot.
Be careful.
