The Manila hub is one of the largest UK visa processing centres globally.
Improvements seem to be mostly centred on the process.
No relief on the key issues for visa approval.

The British Embassy said that these included an improved application center in Manila and a new one in Cebu City

That should be a good cost benefit.
No need to fork out the current additional postal charges from VFS
