Good morning everyone.
Congrats to those who succeed with their applications.
I have started gathering my papers for my ILR. I've been reading on the forum as regards ILR. I'm a bit confused about BRP and what it means. Do I need that before I apply my ILR?
My spouse visa runs out on 26th Sept. 2014. Is it the right time to apply my ILR on 1st of Sept. 2014? I will apply by personal in Liverpool.
I took my English Language Test in IELTS in the Phils before I applied my spouse visa. Is it still on the approved test centre?
Any advice will much appreciated.
Thank you very much.
Well done UKFilipino Forum!!!!

BRP application is included in the ILR form. No need to worry about that.
You can apply ILR as long as your current visa hasn't run out yet.
IELTS is still in the approved list. As long as you have a grade of 4.0 or above in Speaking and Listening, your test certificate is acceptable even if it's already expired.

Hello everyone, does anyone knows the latest form for ILR and how to pay for it?
I'm using premium service.
Thank you

Print off the latest dated Application, I believe you can pay by Cheque, Debit card or Credit card on the day you attend your appointment. We paid by cheque at the Checking service appointment, so I think you can do the same. I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong. You can always ask when you book your appointment! :xxgrinning--00xx3:

Good morning everybody.
Could I ask you a question which Application Form to print for my ILR.
Is it Set(M) or Set(O)? I am really confused. We downloaded Set(O) and printed 75 pages.
But found on the government website that it might be Set(M). Please could someone confirm about the form.
Many thanks.

Hi, I'm almost ready to apply for my ILR premium service. Documents sorted and started to filled in the form. What I would like to know is when do I pay for my biometric. Is it when I pay for my visa fee online or Is it separate time. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks a lot

Not sure but I think your Bio is done at the place of your Premium Service, if so I would have thought it was included in your fee. Someone who has used Premium Service will soon correct me if I'm wrong!:Erm:

Many thanks for the reply. As we were reading the Guidance Notes it was talking about making a payment at the Post Office, so we thought two separate payments, but now realise that might be for postal entries. We are a bag of nerves - don't want to mess anything up.
Once again thanks.

Evening, we have headache filling SET(M) application form. Section 3 asks about children. My partner John has children from a previous relationship of a British wife. They are over 20 years of age. Do we have to include them in this Section 3?
Many thanks

Hi, this is John and Maricris.
We are about to book an appointment online for Premium Service.
There is a question about the details: On my passport I'm using my single name. As I fill the appointment page should I use my single name as on my passport because at the end it asks for payment.
And on payments details I'm using my married name. Will this cause a conflict with the application?
Many thanks,
John & Maricris
Terpe

You'll need to make the application in the same name that appears in your passport.
Same as the biometrics permit which must be the same name as you passport.
You'll find a chance on the application to add any other names you are known by. Eg married name.
Payment can be made by any name.

Goodmorning everyone. I booked my appointment last night premium service in Liverpool. Me and my husband confused about the question on payment details. It says How many other people do you want to book an appointment for? I answer 0 because I am the only one applying for my ILR and no dependent from me. Am I correct my answer? After I've done my payment took it out the money from my bank account £1493. And I received email on my phone confirming that the payment was made. My question is, on my email it says (including yourself) 1. I'm confused because I answer 0. Then I keep ringing this number 08706067766 in Liverpool and its call ended. Please I really need help.
Thanks a lot.

Not sure of the exact amount for PEO but postal for main applicant would be just over £1000
Applicant and 1 other would be over £2000
Since you're paying extra for PEO I reckon that price looks about right

Hi Terpe, I'm just reading payment guidance it says Fee for each additional dependent £1093 but I don't have any dependent on me. I choose that amount. Then because I book a premium service there is additional of £400. So in total I paid £1493.

It's all straightforward now, the staff will be there to guide you through the last stages, and they will correct any little mistakes if you have made any. It's ok me saying don't worry, but I was there - just like you.
