How is this creature not behind bars? The woman should also be jailed.

Judge Harrow has endangered the public by letting this thug walk free despite 17 similar previous convictions. Unbelievable! A limp punishment of a suspended sentence together with anger management classes is all she received. IMO, Judge Harrow needs a stint in Her Majesty's coupled with some common sense classes. :mad:
