I wasn't sure which section to place this so I thought I would post here.

My question is now that my wife has been granted her settlement visa, would that make it easier for her to get travel visas for other countries so we can go on vacation? Would she still have to provide the same requirements as if she had no UK visa? and finally are her chances of being approved for travel visa higher now that she has her UK spouse visa?

Thanks,

Dan.

Hi Dan,
Sadly it's not that simple.
She'll still be travelling on her Filipino passport and so will need visa(s) as a Philippine National.
Travel within EU is somewhat easier as spouse of EU national when travelling together. She'd need to apply for Schengen Visa from the Embassy/Consulate of the destination country.
There's a lot of threads here on the latest requirements of Schengen Visa a quick search will find them

Good luck

Dan,
Here is a very good resource for visa information. (http://www.visahq.com/visas.php) and it can be used for citizens of all countries. Just input to the drop-down menu at the right hand side, or alternatively
select a country from the main page then enter the citizenship and residence details on the drop-down menu for some good detailed information.

Here's another good resource (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Visa_requirements_for_Filipino_citizens) that shows all the countries that Philippine citizens can visit without visa.

Happy hunting
