Courts will not allow him to deported if it puts his life at risk back in Jamaica

I wonder when he started to think he was gay

Working people often ask what I do to make my days interesting.now I'm retired

Well, for example, just the other day I went into town and visited a shop.
When I came out, there was a traffic warden writing out a parking ticket.

I went up to him and I said, 'Come on, man,
how about giving a senior citizen a break?'

He ignored me and continued writing the ticket.

I called him an a--hole . He glared at me and started
writing another ticket for having worn-out tyres.

So I called him a :censored:- head. He finished the
second ticket and put it on the windscreen with the first.
Then he started writing more tickets.
This went on for about 20 minutes.
The more I abused him, the more tickets he wrote.

Just then my bus arrived, and I got on it
and went home. I wasn't too concerned about the
vehicle's owner because of the sticker on the back window.

Such a proposal was put to Parliament earlier this year, and was defeated by the combined votes of all Labour, all LibDems (quelle surprise!) and the Tory cabinet.

90 odd Tories voted to have it put in law that foreign criminals be deported - all the rest of them across the political spectrum stopped this happening.

Go figure.

As for the Jamaican scrote who decided he was gay on the way to his deportation, well sure they could have found quickly enough a gay single policeman, who'd volunteer to have a good tongue kissing session with him, so he could be told "ok, prove it"

Can't deport them if it's infringes their human rights, UK law is overruled by the Court of Human Rights.

Only if we choose to accept the ruling.

Of course being governed by a bunch of wet cowardly PC prats, as we are....:NoNo:

Now a killer claims he's gay to halt deportation to Jamaica: Murderer declares his sexuality at the 11th hour - ten years after judge ruled he should be kicked out

With respect Arthur you are wrong - this is all down to the Human Rights Act 1998

Being gay or not wouldn't matter, the law is already there, if you serve 1 or 2 years or more in prison, you should be automatically deported, as you've committed a crime.

Deportation should overrule any Human Rights laws.

In cases where no recommendation for deportation was made by the sentencing judge a foreign national should be considered for deportation if he received a prison sentence of longer than one year, or two years in the case of a European citizen. In deciding whether a foreign national should be deported after he has served his sentence the immigration authorities will take into account the offender’s age, his links to the UK and the seriousness of his offence.
