Tropical storm flooding shuts down Philippine capital

woke up with messages and seeing my facebook newsfeed with videos and pictures of whats happening now in Philippines particulary in Marikina. as of the moment, the Marikina river hasnt reached the residential area (where our house is) but some lower part of Marikina are flooded up to their third storey house.
