Match of the Day tonight does look appealing

Man Utd, Man City, Tottenham, Chelsea and Everton all failed to win, with three of them losing and one of them leaking five goals against a newly promoted team. :hubbahubba:

This is going to be an interesting season.

Ha ha laugh while you can.United will have defenders back soon and we always going to score shedloads:biggrin:
Early days-it's more worrying from a position of strength for City and Liverpool:yikes:

Yes but you're supposed to be challenging for title, we're rebuilding from being ..... last season. You have to be more disappointed than me. :xxgrinning--00xx3:

I think with £150 million spent in the summer you've rebuilt already.
To be fair to Moyes he never had nowhere near that sort of money to spend.
You've played 5 games Swansea, Sunderland, Burnley, QPR and Leicester and managed 1 win where most fans would expect 5 wins. You haven't played any biggies yet.

Check last season and I bet Moyes had a better record after 5 games without spending £150 million.

Wake up you're in trouble.

:icon_lol: Dream on, he is rebuilding the side from scratch - along with tactics.

Oh, alright I checked for you.

2013/14

First 5 games: Swansea, Chelsea, Liverpool, Crystal Palace and Manchester City. Guess what? Against those 5, that included the eventual top 3 Moyesy managed. 7 points and 8th place in the table - as well as being £150 million better off. :Erm:

I could not be bothered to look that irrelevant fact up. We simply need to sort the defence out. One of our main defenders, Luke Shaw, has not kicked a ball yet, plus Phil Jones injured again.

We can put the ball away no problem - it will be sorted.

I'm not worried at all and am excited with the likes of D-Maria, Herrera and Falcao.

They remind me of the Newcastle team of the '90s - score loads but concede too.

Going by your theory, so are Liverpool, as most of the first team is made up of new players. :Erm: Probably explains why both are in the same place in the league. :xxgrinning--00xx3:

I see Gaal has broken another record: WORST PREMIERSHIP START EVER ..... He must be a good manager, as he's carrying on where Moyes left off.

No excuses Les, Southampton have totally rebuilt and they are 2nd :heartshape1:

A mate of mine had Man Utd to win their first five @ 10/1 back in Aug - thought he was onto a dead cert :icon_lol:

What do Manchester United and Richard the Third have in common?

They both got buried in Leicester.

Sounds like Utd were hanging on for dear life against West Ham and by all accounts the defence was at sixes and sevens for the goal.

I watched the game, Man U were poor... West Ham played well, but didn't really threaten too much. Valencia (west ham one) had a very poor game and really should have scored a couple of times

We coasted it in first half according to reports. Only struggled when we went down to 10 men. We are 6 months off sorting team out but one thing is for sure we will give entertainment this season.

You coasted the first 35 minutes for sure, but as soon as we scored you fell apart. It was as like the confidence went and you thought you were on to a hiding again like last week.

Y' know when I first read the title of this thread, I interpreted its subject as being:

'Louis van Galoot' :icon_lol:

:cwm24: ... maybe should've gone to Specsavers! :grosyeux:

There again, ... :anerikke: ... perhaps I wasn't so far wrong, given your comment about him.

Well it shows that Rooney has learnt nothing for being sent off previously for the same thing, so that puts him in the same cupboard as Suarez... thick as pig poop
