Indeed but you'd have thought that we would've been able to identify fairly quickly as surely we could pin the accent down to a certain area and then use normal intelligence methods to identify him.

We don't know that, as our secret service would not announce it on national news, as our SAS would be looking for him. The Yanks like to publicise everything. :doh
