Single Status

Hi guys, can anyone please advise. We plan to process for our fiancée visa next month and my fiancée thinks I need to provide a letter of single status or CNI. Is that true or will the intent to marry documents be sufficient. If it IS true, could you tell me how to obtain please.

You don't need a CNI
That's only required for marriages abroad

Terpe do you know if part of the visa application requirements need a letter of single status or not. Thanks for your help Terpe
