Hi guys!. Need help here. Maybe you can give me proper advice on this.. I am applying for a Fiancé visa in UK and unfortunately my Fianceé can't meet the financial requirement he needs to be my sponsor.

However, his parents are willing to help us on this because his parents who owned a company will provide their bank statement to show as the financial requirement..

I wonder if the UK Immigration will accept that since my sponsor will be him, but the bank statement will be his parents' bank account?

Anyone been in the same situation as me? Hope you guys will be helpful..

Thank you!!. xx

Unfortunately, your fiance must show that he is earning £18,600 annually. If he is not earning that, he can include his savings to compensate the shortfall in the salary (someone here could give you the correct computation for that). Financial help from outside (even family) is not considered now. If you fiance still won't have enough savings for the shortfall, it's advisable for him to have overtime or possibly acquire a 2nd job. Some members here did that and managed to bring their partners here after a few months.

Hi ChrisLes, welcome aboard Filipino UK :welcomex:

Please don't waste any money on visa fees if you can't comply fully with ALL the requirements.

In connection with savings, UKVI will only consider those amounts above £16000

:welcomex: to filipino/uk, Chris.

Unfortunately, I can only agree with what BOTH Rayna and Terpe have advised you ... :sorry-2:
