I'm quite a bit concerned about the P60 of my husband because his new P60 from April 13 to April 2014 was £18,441 and didn't meet the £18,600, but on her recent payslip for 6 months he reached £10, 000. Does it mean we meet the family thresholds requirements. In his covering letter he explained about his salary like this.. and I hope someone will enlighten me about this. Thank u guys ♥

Although my basic salary is below the £18,600 financial threshold, with compulsory overtime, as my last 6 months pay statements prove (from April 2014- Sept 2014), I have earned £10,045.71 for the first 6 month period of the current financial year.

And as my October 2014 pay statement confirms, I will make in excess of £20,000 this financial year (April 2014-April 2015). Showing that, I will comfortably meet the £18,600 financial threshold for year 2014-2015.

This is a significant increase from year 2013-2014 as shown by my last P60 when I earned £18,441.17

Thanks

Is there a specific reason why you want to include the P60 ?

My husband contacted the solicitor and asked what are the requirements for spouse visa, and one of the requirements is P60. Sir Terpe, is it okay if we just submit the 6 months payslips and bank statements that we meet the family threshold £18,600?

If your husband has engaged the services of a solicitor who has said that a P60 is a requirement.

Then just follow that.

Sir Terpe, my husband asks me to ask here that:

"Maybe ask the forum if they take into consideration overtime for the financial £18,600 threshold"
