Freeing my lungs from smoke and tar has done me more good than anything. I can really breathe and send some oxygen to fuel those leg muscles now. :xxgrinning--00xx3:

It was set in Holmfirth Yorkshire Jamie, just up the road from where I lived previously!:xxgrinning--00xx3:

My apologies Jamie, Holmfirth is just in Derbyshire and I lived so close for 25 years and never knew, even had a couple of friends lived there. When I lived In Peterborough many years ago it kept moving Lincolnshire then Northhants and more recently Cambs never did know why it kept changing!:Erm:

First my wireless mouse started playing up, then I couldn't remember how to properly format and partition a hard disc ...which I'd done many times before, (and playing in the BIOS) but so long ago I'd forgotten such stuff. I'll have a go at doing it on my other 'spare' Win XP computer, so if I screw up, not critical. Even older PC that one. 2002. :icon_lol:

I could never bear to watch that corny 'Last of the Summer Wine' series. :NoNo:

Were any of those people actually from Yorkshire ?

Peculiar set of accents, a bit like Emmerdale with all their phony accents too. Just irritates me. :xxaction-smiley-047

Now I'm confused because another source tells me it's in West Yorkshire, so I'll leave it alone wherever it is. Beautiful area though! :Erm::xxgrinning--00xx3:

We have always known it's in West Yorkshire - I have been. Maybe there is nothing famous in Derbyshire so they're trying to nick it :icon_lol:

Well with doing that, drinking green tea, beetroot juice and taking probiotics I haven't felt this fit for ages. Tons more energy, calm feeling and belly nearly gone. There again, :anerikke: I'm also seeing a ridiculously young woman lol

Dunno about the insipid green tea, Les (not my :tea_cup5:) or beetroot juice (more in line with my taste) ... but I'm sure your new young lady will keep you in trim!
