I'd say both the cop and the motorist in the yellow car.

I'd say 50/50 but I bet the car driver would get done for at least undue care and attention.

Phew, both as the copper was parked in oncoming traffic without any safety margin, and the car driver appeared not to be looking at all.

I say the cop,s fault because he could quite easily have parked off the road and walked to the edge of the road. The yellow car was blind behind the lorry, how could he have had time to react once the lorry pulled over ? You don,t expect to find someone standing in the middle of the road when travelling at speed when a lorry pulls over to let you overtake. So, as far as I,m concerned, it,s mostly the cop's fault - and don,t forget, there was a car in front of the yellow car up until the last minute so the yellow car was blind until seconds before impact.

If the cop had parked his bike on the white bit of the road and waked over onto the road to put his hand up he would have had a better chance of jumping out of the way, but because of how his bike was parked he had no chance to move.

Both, the copper should have never parked there like that or he should have got the vehicles to stop

But the backward flip I would award him 9.5, just his landing let him down

I don't mind them at all, in fact when do you ever see them nowadays?

Car driver 100% .

Lack of anticipation. :NoNo:

Got to be the biggest cause of all road accidents.

Too fast, too close, not observing properly what's ahead...behaviour of other vehicles etc, like BLUE FLASHING LIGHTS.

The copper's fault . No doubt about it!!

True, but not all situations can be anticipated.

My father would have had a right go at me if I called a Policeman by the name that's been used on here:76:!
