All avoidable if the private hospital had insisted on using Chaperones.

A third attack occurred while a long-term patient, known as Patient C, consulted the gynaecologist at The Blackheath Hospital in May 2012.

Why did she not report him straight away and why did she keep going back ?

Thankfully the GMC saw fit to strike him off and weren't sidetracked by bizarre, unrelated considerations like the ones you put up Joe

:Erm: How is using a chaperone or asking why she never reported it, and why she kept going back to him unrelated ???

Did he come up with that nonsense in his defence at the hearing ? If so it fell on deaf ears

I don't know, but if this hospital had a policy of using chaperones this couldn't have happened :doh

He was rightly struck off and the Govt should arrange his return to Bombay

I've no problem with him or anyone being struck off if they have done something wrong, maybe the same should apply to politicians too
