The Republicans have pretty much ground the US government to a halt for the last 5 years. That is the problem with the system they have, so this vote makes no difference. The same thing happened to Bush and Clinton, it's normal in the last term.

Hilary will get the Democrats back in power. She has balls. Probably Bill's in a jar. :xxgrinning--00xx3:

To this day I've always had a soft spot for Bill Clinton.
Despite all critics and all his mistakes I still feel the same.
He was talented, charismatic and likeable in my view.

I've a feeling Hilary may do even better :xxgrinning--00xx3:

I agree.. I listened to his supporting speech during Obama`s re-election campaign..
I actually think that speech sealed the deal.

US politics is a frustrating thing, and to think many people think of the US as being a shining example of democracy. We, the people, mostly vote for who will benefit us the most, but in the US the majority are very much coin-fed and have much more traditional views than over here in the UK.

I'm glad I don't live there as I like half the policies/ideologies of each party. I'm not a socialist and I'm not a gun slinger.

Another crazy thing is states like California have voted in stupid laws stopping themselves raising taxes which means they can't dig themselves out of the holes they've dug.
