Hi all, I just received an email this morning from ManilaVisaInfo FCO saying,
OFFICIAL: UK Visa Application: UKVI-Manila Visa Hub Ref:xxxxxx
"Your decision will be despatched shortly. Passports can normally be collected from the Visa Application Centre after 3 working days unless you have been advised it will be returned by courier or have paid an additional courier fee."
What does it mean? Does anyone here received the same email and got the visa?

It means they've made a decision.
Yes, I think they have, you will only definitely know when you get your passport back

:iagree:, Honey ... it's really confusing, though someone else recently received an identically-worded notification from the UKVI - and her application turned out to be successful - so try to think positive! :xxgrinning--00xx3:

If the email is from Manila Visa Hub does it mean the visa is approved?

Your visa will be despatched shortly. Passports can normally be collected from the Visa Application Centre after 3 days. Applicants in Australia and New Zealand should allow 3 days before tracking their documents via the local post. UKBA-Manila Visa Hub

This is the one my wife received. Her visa was granted if it helps. Good luck :xxgrinning--00xx3:

There's been a recent change in their messaging for some reason.
It's exactly as Joebloggs states, you'll need to wait for your passport before you'll know the outcome.
As always, all forum members wish you the best outcome :xxgrinning--00xx3:

Hi Sir Terpe, do u think UKVI had changed wording from "visa" to "decision"? I been searching online about it,
And it seems that most of the people who receive it have received their visas, but I don’t know if they send it to everyone.

It appears to be a newish format.
Here on the forum we've only seen it once before

Sadly There's no way to know the outcome until you get your passport.

Yep ... as I've re-quoted above, I knew I'd seen mention somewhere of another applicant who'd received her visa following the UKVI's use of this new format not long ago.
