Hi everyone sorry if I've posted before on this but need an update regarding the following thanks...
My wife arived here on 15 Dec 2012 on on a 33 month spouse visa so the earliest she can apply for FLR(M) would be 18 May 2015.
Her visa expires Oct 5 2015, could she apply to extend between the 18 May right up to Oct 5 (hence I know it would have to be in UKVI hands by latest date)
The reason I'm asking is that she starts a course of intense Ielts academic training for 10 weeks on 12 Jan for her nursing career followed by the exam which god knows what the waiting time will be.
She has to show her passport as ID to the examination board for Ielts as she has no other photographic ID so might have to hold back a little bit for FLR(M)
