Cool, thats a step in the right direction!
I remember my missus doing the "life in the UK test" a number of years ago and my God that was tough!
Perhaps it not needed for simple work visa's but it should be! Not only in terms of speaking English but also reading + comprehension ect.
Towns like Bradford pervert the notion of "diversity" into an oxymoran.
p.s Bradford is always been a great night out!

They should never have been allowed licenses in the first place if they are supposed to be picking the general public up.

Yeah that's right. We had a case here where a local councillor re-issued a taxi permit to a convicted rapist...worse still, the rapist was part of a gang of taxi drivers involved with raping vulnerable customers. He was forced to quit but no criminal charges as far as I'm aware.
Just thankful that this case was reported in the local rag.

I hope Bradford Council is also ensuring the unroadworthy, uninsured vehicles these grubs are driving round in are taken off the road
