I watched a video about a teacher who lost all of her family when Yolanda struck, she has now devoted her time to teaching children in Tacloban.
I contacted the news people in the Philippines by email but get no replies so over to the members on this site.
Her name is JANET MABATA so if contact could be made I can send school supplies direct to her.

Good luck to you in your search. Hopefully a member may have some contacts in Tacloban. I've googled that name Janet Mabata, it appears to be a very rare name indeed. Nothing coming up on FB, Twitter or Linkedin.

I have put a message on Facebook to all those who know us in Tacloban so maybe that will find her as my wife and her family are from Tacloban
