Bolton-born boxer Amir Khan has revealed how he called David Cameron when he was refused a visa to travel to the US on September 11 last year.


I also met Hillary Clinton in Washington DC and she asked me if I'd had problems, took my name and I haven't had any problems since. It's good to have those influential connections. I am grateful for what boxing has given me.

People on here have contacted their MP. Some MPs have done nothing, others tried. I hope Cameron gets many letters now from people who have been refused a visa. See if he helps them the same way. The thing is Khan can afford the best lawyers, most of us can't :NoNo:
