Hi ya!
Pls help me. I am married to a british citizen and arrived here in UK 2 months ago. I want to go to college this March but the school which I will be going to told me that I should apply as an international student. Are they correct? I ahve read that as International student, I have to study full-time and pay at least 4,000 pounds for the school fees which is ridiculous.
Please tell me , if anyone knows, that I can work or study like the people in here. If you know about the UK law on it, pls tell me where to find it so I can read it.

Try taking your passport along and show your spouse visa - this may help

I may be corrected, but I think this comes under 'public funds' which you are not allowed to have for at least 2 years.

Try the Open University, much better priced, and they can offer more help for non-citizens. http://www.open.ac.uk/
