Tesco were not on the ball compared to Asda and have not moved with the times, Asda near me has a small Macdons cafe in it, Disney store section, chemist, opticians, dry cleaners, watch repairer, photo processing, dry cleaners (mini High Street) etc. Must be making a mint from these franchises.

I've never been in a Tesco store for years now, but when I drive past them they always look busy.

I prefer the Asda's that haven't gone down the McD route and retain proper Cafs flogging decent British grease & stodge

I prefer Aldi and Farmfoods. Put that together with Em's cooking and I am on to a winner!
