The Philippines truly is a paedo's playground. They need to STAMP DOWN HARD on any of that sort of s**t! Bring back the death penalty for anyone convicted of such gross inhuman acts on small children - whether Puti or Pinoy - they all need the ultimate deterrent, to swing!
