FLR Visa and biometrics

I will be applying for FLR in the next few months for my wife. My wife did her biometrics for her passport in the Philippines before she arrived here for the first time. Do we now have to do the same biometric over here again before we apply for the FLR or will the biometrics that are on the passport be enough?

She will have to do the biometrics again when she applies for her FLR (I'm guessing it's the extension to stay here in the UK???). Biometrics application form is included in the FLR application form. She will have to wait for a letter from UKVI on when to do the biometrics after she had submitted the application via post (if applying via PEO, she will do the biometrics the same day).

Thank you for the reply. I just did not want the FLR knocked back because of something as silly as not getting a biometrics completion.
