Latest in a long line of manufactured second-rate entertainers to be managed by irresponsible :censored:holes. Phils should refuse entry...apart from anything else, on the grounds that they have thousands of bands more talented than this bunch , more deserving of the work.

Most old school rock stars take drugs.. So what?
The Beatles swore never to return to the Philippines after their first and only concert there and unlike McArthur...they never did!

Wasn't it the Beatles who said they would never return after they refused to do a private performance at Malacanang? So they were spat at - and given bad treatment in Manila and at NAIA - as they were leaving?

And who's to say that none of them take drugs too? Yet they won't be made to pay anything - but are probably given the drugs for free

I think the fact that they are marketed at such a young fan base is what makes the drugs more of a problem. You are right plenty of bands take drugs and their adult fans are smart enough to not follow their example but bands like One Direction are specifically aimed at young girls so these guys should be more careful how they are seen to be acting

Funny the religious comments, but what's the betting he suddenly becomes very religious when it suits him or becomes profitable?

This despite in Islam tattoos are haram - especially ones on the arms............whoops.
Music is haram - yes various muslim musicians and music lovers will attempt to suggest it isn't so, but it's in the Koran again and again and again and again - music is forbidden.

Anyway, I can offer one thing in 1D's favour............at least they aren't Justin Bieber
