I've invited the Mother-in-law :doh and my wife's sister to come and visit us here in the UK and we will be sponsoring their family visit visa. I meet the earnings requirements and will cover all expenses.
My Mother-in-law owns a lovely farm in the Davao Oriental Province where she and my sister-in-law live and work. My questions are, do they have a reasonable chance of a visit visa as they are self employed? Is this visa often rejected?
Also, I was thinking a 3 month visit would be a good amount of time. Would this be too long and detrimental to the application?
