Pag-IBIG and sale of land

Good day all

We are selling our land in Phil

The buyer will be using Pag-IBIG for the finance

Anyone know if Pag-IBIG can do an electronic transfer of the money to our UK bank account? As my wife has no bank account now in Phil

We have a relative with power of attorney to deal with paperwork there but hahaha, no chance we will have a cheque made to him .

So just wondering if anyone has had an electronic bank transfer done from Pag-IBIG

Think about it..Who in their right mind would release the ownership of property without a deed of sale signed by both parties?
