hi all summer coming around again new tax year so we be applying for spouse visa just few quickies when applying for spouse visa we have a child age 2 now will child be applied on same visa a my wife visa ? we waited now for year for baby british passport still waiting as they given us no date off issue and its now new tax year so I want apply for my wife visa and for our child too ? as we be applying baby Philippine passport too so she have dual I know I wont be able claim any child tax fo her if she have dual citizenship but waiting for her british passport is becoming so annoying for me and my wife to be able be together im losing time with them both as im working hard achieve the goals set by visa rules I never made the income based last year buy £1k this year I made good 26k by working all days and weekends make sure I past the income set
other question as im self employed I know I can use this year tax return with last year one or just use this years one, I have made over the £22.400 for wife and child so that not my problem its just I do my own returns every year and u need a qualified accountant ??? so can you go any company type accountant will that be approved for application off my spouse visa
when they do the return for you they give you certificated return off proof ?

thanks

Your baby is a British citizen (and as you said, only waiting for her passport) so she doesn't need to apply for a visa, only your wife.
