dedworth this has to be hypocrisy at its finest from the snail, the rag that is anti immigration and they are asking 'how is it fair' that her husband should be refused a visa because she has a mbe, her kids were born in the uk and they own property, pity they dont print more stories like this for those that dont have mbe's :doh
there should not be one rule for the ones the snail supports and another rule for those it doesn't, good to see the HO applies the rules fairly even to those with mbe's.
His indefinite leave to remain in Britain after they stayed in Australia for over two years and they didn't have more than £26,000 in savings

Matt, who in 2006 was granted indefinite leave to remain in Britain after his 2004 marriage to Cassie, had his application for a returning resident visa refused last month.
