Micheal.. I have experienced signal no. 3 typhoons 30 odd years ago in Luzon..as a young guy back then it was an experience I found invigorating!!
8 years in Bohol and nothing as of yet..
I dont mean to make light of Yolanda at all but me and the kids had a good day flying our hydrofoil kite that I bought in the U.K for 150 Quid.
There are lots of things in life to be scared of..If you allow them!

Storms are early this year Fred. Only had one here in Tagum about three years ago, no current for eight days. :NoNo:

Dont worry Micheal..
We are inland about a mile from the sea and between 15/20 meters above sea level.
