I've been to Valenzuela as Maria's dad moved there from Pampanga to find work and we went to visit him. It's full of factories and there tends to be a lot of fires here.

I'm from Valenzuela and my auntie who is working as a City Health Nurse told me that as of this moment, the casualties has been raised to 72. This is very devastating. :(
