I was pretty busy until recently with a transfer of property within the family, so P.I.P.'s didn't rate very highly, but it's still annoying to see a few quid disappear here and there from your account. Is it a simple matter to do by yourself? Alternatively, if I choose one of those companies advertised on t.v., are there any that have given good service or others to avoid like the plague? Hope you can help, guys and girls.

Do you mean PPI ? Payment Protection Insurance, there are 100,s of companies out there doing this, all for a percentage of course.

Yes P.P.I.'s, sorry I got the initials the wrong way round. What do you think is my best course of action; to have a go myself or can you recommend any company?

PIP? Maybe you got them the right way round. **N.B.:
PPI (Payment Protection Insurance) ... :anerikke: ... at least when you're sold it under false pretences, can [apparently] become a nightmare. Which, of course, is enough to "give" you the pip!
