Ha ha ha, some interesting stuff to try there.
I love fish. In fact anything from the ocean. :hubbahubba:
I can find all different types of fish here, doubt I'll live long enough to try them all, but I'll give it a good try :Erm:

The only way I cook my fish is by frying or cooking a paksiw. Other than that, I don't try anything else at all. I'm not a cook. Hahaha..:icon_lol:

Salmon sinigan is nice and the texture and taste of the Salmon suits it very well.
You could also steam or poach most fish and then cover with a sweet and sour sauce from the supermarket (Uncle Bens is nice) that another simple dish.
My favourite just now is Tuna Panga grilled on the BBQ
We can buy huge panga for very little and the meat is wonderfully soft and tasty.
There's no way we could afford to buy fresh Tuna like that in the UK.

I love Salmon and I usually just marinate it with teriyaki sauce and put it in the grill. :biggrin: I like my sinigang with pork and not fish, unless it's bangus belly. :hubbahubba:
