I've learned how use Amazon during the past couple of months or so, but I can't get to grips with free delivery, yesterday I ordered about £500 worth of kit for our camera and there are 4 items, the most expensive item I've got free delivery but the other three items that amount to less than £150 I've been charged a total about £14 delivery and they are a lens hood a filter and a fluid head, so not large or heavy package, but checking their site it should all be free delivery and the procedure is to me very complicated. Can someone help please?:Erm:

You need to check if Amazon are the stockists or it is coming from a 3rd party. If the latter, you do not get free postage, it is only on items coming direct from an Amazon warehouse.
If you order from 3 third parties, then the postage is X3.

Thank you All, what I was looking for really was how to use the website because I know I can get free postage on all if you group the items together and exceed a total amount above the figure they quote, but my problem is computer knowledge and knowing how to navigate within their website in order to do what is required, I just wondered if anyone had experience of this! :xxgrinning--00xx3:
