Can anyone advise? Need a hotel close to the airport. I remember some time ago, someone put a small map of how to get to a hotel within walking distance, but I can't find the old posting.

Thanks for any help or advice on where to stay. Needs to be close - our flights come in at different times

If you're after convenience and don't mind a basic place to stay try here http://www.domesticguesthouse.com/

I've stayed here myself and it's OK for a night. It's just around the corner from T1 and is situated above a cashpoint which is handy.

Here's their Agoda page.

Edgbaston.

Knew a guy from Kingswinford. Tall bloke originally from Cornwall or Devon. Likes the horses.
