Little wonder Victoria's Corrections Chief described those riots as the worst she'd ever witnessed. I mean, :icon_rolleyes: such draconian measures being implemented in a prison of ALL places!

:doh ... and :Britain:'s frequently accused of being a 'Nanny State'!

Oh well ... :anerikke: ... at least it'll have managed to achieve some good if it helps to deter would~be re-offenders from risking the prospect of facing another stretch! :biggrin:
