MAGPIE they call me at work, anything that shines and is left alone it always ends up with me, and if anyone is giving anything away i am first to say yes, i will have it even if i have not seen it, sometimes i win - sometimes i have to throw it away.
The other day a worker came into work and said do you know anyone who wants any saucepans, I said, "I DO - ME".
"I shall bring them to work for you tomorrow" he said.
Well tomorrow came and an Argos blue carrier bag came into the office full of saucepans, stainless steel Mayer with glass lids, 7 of them and a frying pan, plus a pressure cooker too, all wanted just a clean.
They all look brand new now except the pressure cooker and you know where they are heading? Yes, to the Philippines for our home.
I have also acquired a kitchen sink brand new. Its one of these ceramic ones, that will look great for our outside dirty kitchen. Now, who do i know whos got any window grills??
