Hi All this is me Again,
I need an advice about my travel in the UK in the future. I grant a visa on May 25,2015 this is my valid entry dates and valid until 2/25/2018 (spouse visa). I wish my husband will spend holiday here in October and we will travel back in the UK in this coming October.
Do you think this will affect of my FLR visa application in the future, my TB Test will expire August and my IELTS Test will expired this coming October 13.

If you're intending delaying your UK arrival until sometime in October you may want to reconsider
the implications.
Your Visa is valid until February 2018
Means you'd need to apply for your FLR(M) during February 2018
That's earlier by 2 months than the regular half-way mark of 30 months UK residency.
Your FLR(M) will expire 30 months from February 2018 which means expiration August 2020
At that time instead of being eligible for ILR, you'll need to bear the extra cost of another FLR(M)application to see you through to October 2020
There are other possible permutations of FLR(M) visa applications, but the bottom line is that delaying your UK entry by the time you suggest will cost significant more.
As always, it just come down to available budget but better to make those decisions in the knowledge the future cost hits. (bear in mind this future costs will be higher than current costs)

Thank you Sir Terpe, how about my IELTS? Is it ok to travel if IELTS expired?

Your IELTS validity has no impact on UK entry at all. :xxgrinning--00xx3:
