This is an odd one check the video and story it obviously wasn't an emergency landing. Pilot was later arrested at Dublin airport - you wonder if he had been on the Guinness :wink:

Fortunately, :icon_rolleyes: ... there were no serious casualties as a result.
:yeahthat: is in marked contrast to the similar incident - where a police helicopter crashed into the *Cloutha Bar in Glasgow - killing, I think, 10 of *its patrons almost a year and a half ago. :cwm24:

This Irish one is odd why would they try to land on a narrow strip of land between the pub and the canal - further reinforces the argument that the pilot was beered up

This reminds me of that newer "secret life of Walter Mitty" film.. Anyone seen it?
That helicopter pilot was rat assed!
