If Ems is at work and i can take her or fetch her i will, this is most weekends so i drive into the hospital down toward the A & E and a quick kiss, its see you later, then its repeated at the time she finishes.
Anyway when i go back i am always early so i just sit and watch the people come and go, maybe a ambulance will come down lights flashing and sometimes too the air ambulance will land.
What gets me most about sitting and waiting is the patients who are staying at the hospital, you can tell them apart they are in nightwear, some are in wheelchairs, some are walking with their drip (no not there partner), the IV DRIP i am on about, and what do they all have in common, they are all coming out for a FAG.
This is a no smoking zone, signs everywhere, but they just plonk themselves on a bench if they have no chair and puff away, AMAZING!
