Australian Independent MP, Clive Palmer is expected to table a motion of "no confidence" in Parliamentary Speaker, Bronwyn Bishop for chartering a $5,227 taxpayer~funded chopper ride to attend a charity function in November 2014 ... then, racking up a gross $6,000 on an unuthorised private flight for a mere 160km trip scarcely a fortnight later.

Opposition Labour Leader, Bill Shorten calls says this is a test for Prime Minister, Tony Abbott's Government and calls upon Ms Bishop to :poke: "do the decent thing and resign" ... but she is defiant and point blank refuses to stand down.
