Hi Jennyanne.
if you have a fiancee visa, can u extend your stay after six mos. if u havent yet decided to get married but u wanted to stay more ?
I think you can apply for an extension if there is a genuine reason why you have been unable to marry within the 6 month period and if you have proof - maybe a wedding date booked - that you do intent to get married.

I have done this in the past. I produced a booking for the wedding. It is no good saying that you haven't yet decided to get married! In fact, you would be admitting to breaking the immigration regulations and your fiancee would have real problems. Your fiance visa was ONLY granted because you had already decided to get married.

In simple terms NO. You agreed to the terms of the visa when you applied for it, and breaking them may effect any other communication with the immigration department.
If you had to cancel the wedding due to a family death, serious illness, etc then they MAY extend it for a month.
But it is best to do what you have already agreed with them, and marry in the 6 months. Piddling about with the IND is not in your best interests.

after fiancee visa, what should we do ? I mean where we go to now about my status of stay here in UK because my fiancee does not want us to get married because he believes stay legally since we together already even if we got not married after six mos. Please tell me what to do so that I could also inform my fiancee about it before its too late.
thanks,
jenny
