How do you mean pam ?

You can't apply a spouse visa unless you are married and are in posession of a legal marriage certificate.

hi terpe,

yes we just got the marriage contract today one month after our wedding.is it ok that i wont change my surname on my passport and other licenses and would still use my maiden name instead of having hassle changing it with my husband's surname...im thinking maybe i can do it soon but not now..

thanks

No problem with that. You can still apply with all your documents showing your maiden name.

No authentication required. Authentication is usually done for those going to Middle East, not here in the UK. Although you have to provide Birth Cert & Marriage Cert that came from NSO.
