Once it has fallen on the plain it needs to head downhill...

I know people who have LOST tans in the Balearic Islands. People seem to think the likes of Majorca are some sort of sun guaranteed place, but this is far from the truth, the weather is unpredictable.
I've been to Menorca in August and had a miserable week, we even had a twister over the bay, flooding, black skies etc.
Want guaranteed sun, go to Greece or Cyprus. Then again - sun isn't everything.

Did you know that the phrase The Rain in Spain Stays Mainly on the Plain in the Spanish version is: La lluvia en Sevilla es Una Maravilla. That is "Rain in Seville is wonderful"
And Spanish rain falls mainly in the northern mountains, but that does not rhyme !
On Costa Del Sol we have had a lot a of rain. Well to be more precise we had a lot of rain last Monday, but was the first rain for a few months.
