And secondly, WHY are the British Education Authorities so reluctant to recognise the graduate qualifications achieved at universities in the Philippines? - by students who've been taught in English from as far back as their Elementary schooldays - and whose very standards of attainment referred to in the link from the article I've published, are highly commended!
